In his new role as the Country Manager of BELFOR Japan, Kato has led the business as Operations Manager overseeing the expansion of BELFOR Japan's offices, response to water-related disasters, and other on-site restoration efforts. As the Country Manager of BELFOR Japan, he will focus on further improving service quality and strengthening the operational structure and organizational capabilities to achieve this.
