BELFOR Property Restoration and BELFOR Franchise Group, the world’s largest residential and commercial services franchisor, delivered lunches across the nation in celebration of National First Responders Day and as part of its annual company-wide initiative to thank and honor the dedication and sacrifice of first responders.
“First responders put the safety of their communities first, day in and day out,” said Sheldon Yellen, CEO of BELFOR. “On this day each year, the BELFOR family expresses its gratitude for the police officers, firefighters, EMTs and other emergency dispatchers who bravely respond to dangerous situations impacting their neighbors. By delivering lunches to departments throughout the country, we aimed to show a small token of our appreciation for their heroic efforts.”
BELFOR team members, along with numerous franchises from 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, DUCTZ International, HOODZ International, Blue Kangaroo Packoutz, Chem-Dry and redbox+ delivered lunches and notes of gratitude to first responder and public safety agencies that support our local offices across the nation. Lunches were supplied by neighboring small businesses as a way to also show support for the locally-owned restaurants and eateries that are the backbone of our communities.
National First Responders Day is an annual celebration recognizing the heroic men and women who make it their responsibility to take immediate action when disasters strike. Working alongside first responders regularly to help individuals and communities rebuild.
