Today, she is the leading technical trainer for BELFOR in the U.S. and Canada and regularly educates the company's fast-growing workforce on IICRC standards. Cara's tenacious passion for education has helped BELFOR's global workforce learn and adapt to emerging industry standards, and develop into true restoration experts.
