BELFOR Property Restoration, BELFOR Environmental and Blue Kangaroo Packoutz recently supported the Roaring 20’s Gala Dinner Auction for Light My Fire, a charitable organization that raises money to fund fire prevention education and to supply emergency financial support for burnout victims. The Boise BELFOR office provided bottles of a special edition “prohibition” wine for the event. The bottles were numbered, signed and auctioned by Boise Fire to raise money for the charitable cause. BELFOR has been a proud supporter of Light My Fire events and programs for many years.

BELFOR Boise Aids Fire Victims

BELFOR Boise is proud to host an annual fundraiser event for the Boise Burn Out Fund. Proceeds from the event provide short-term assistance to families whose homes are destroyed by fire. BELFOR Boise has raised more than $6,000 for the cause.

The Burn Out Fund was established in 1964 by the Boise Firefighters Local Union 149. The organization donates cash to families so that they can get essential emergency food, shelter and clothing.

Despite impassable roads and deep snow drifts, our team used four snowmobiles to create an off-road caravan that carried crews, equipment, and materials to a fire-damaged residential site 90 miles from Boise. This was done to keep the job on track and ensure the family got back into their home on time.

BELFOR Boise Receives Service Provider Of The Year Award

BELFOR Boise has been named the 2023 Service Provider of the Year award from the Idaho Apartment Association (IAA). The IAA is a trade association representing the multifamily housing industry in the state of Idaho. IAA is the official affiliate of the National Apartment Association in the state of Idaho.

BELFOR Boise Restores Historic City Landmark

BELFOR Boise restored the historic Gene Harris Bandshell in Julia Davis Park after a fire damaged the roof of the 90-year-old structure. Built in 1928, the band shell was named for famed jazz pianitst Gene Harris in 2001. Harris lived and performed in Boise from the 1970s until his death in 2000.

BELFOR Responds To Flood Emergency

BELFOR Boise remediated water damage caused by the rupture of an 8‐inch underground pipe at the Saint Alphonsus Health Plaza in Ontario. Crews dried the building while utilizing containment to prevent re-contamination of previously cleaned areas.
