BELFOR Waco Restores Waco Boom Manufacturing Facility
BELFOR Waco completed the commercial remediation and restoration of Waco Boom, a local 30-year benchmark manufacturer of and supplier of fiberglass booms for aerial devices. After faulty electrical wiring caused a two-alarm fire in the facility, BELFOR mobilized a team of professionals to clean, decontaminate, repair and/or replace the roof and heavy structural damage. Machinery inside the facility was cleaned and decontaminated.
Waco Boom was able to begin shipping product again within three days and resume partial production within two weeks. The facility was at full production in less than six weeks.
